The 49 Day Marriage Plan is a marriage plan that helps couples stay intentional about nurturing their relationship, week by week. By setting aside small, meaningful moments each day, partners create consistent opportunities for communication, connection, and appreciation. These daily habits foster emotional intimacy, minimize misunderstandings, and enhance teamwork within the relationship. Over time, such intentional effort turns routine days into opportunities for growth, helping the marriage remain strong, supportive, and filled with love. Below is the plan. Print it off and keep track of your commitment. Place it somewhere both of you can see, such as on the refrigerator. Only one plan is needed for the 49 days. Listen to your coaches' weekly recording to motivate you throughout the week. To get the 49-Day marriage plan, you have to upgrade to the premium subscription. Start date January 15, 2026.
