Good answers. Similar situation of making that money doing the notary business, loan signings only. Market crashed in 2009 and ended up going back to working a job, as I was a single mom and in school full-time. Stayed longer than I thought as I made the big bucks. Finally had to leave due to my mom having a stroke in 2016. It was hard going back again to a job in 2021 but, now to go back to being self-employed for good. This job market is crazy.
