Sunday was a rest day for me and I let myself enjoy some of the superbowl Sunday foods! Yesterday I had a good leg workout, and a good day of eating

Today was a rest day, but I still manage to get my 10k steps in a day. Went out plowing and shoveling with my fiance so got some exercise in from that!

Made stuffed bell peppers for dinner the the other night so I had that for lunch today. Adding some extra rounds to my workouts help me with my steps and then doing things around the house.

This week has been really good, yesterday I did Bulgarian split squats, Squats into front lunges, and sumo squats into rdls, then a core and cardio circuit. Later in the day I went for a 30 minutes walk, over all it was a good day with nutrition.
