Monday reflection
Good day my lovely community members. A new week with new opportunities and challenges. What is the one thing you have set for yourself to achieve by Friday afternoon? Maybe it is to exercise for 30 minutes every day? Maybe to drink more water? Maybe to have your phone off for 30 minutes every day? Maybe to make that one difficult telephone call this week? Maybe it is to take better care of yourself? Or maybe you are a bit overwhelmed and do not know what to start with first. That is where the life audit exercise will help you so much. Don't wait. Start this week with it. Remember, baby steps. Something small is better than nothing. Join us tomorrow evening at 19:00 for Let's Talk. I will share some thoughts about the life audit. Go to the calendar for the link or click https://www.skool.com/live/DnRPrvh4stN See you there!

Monday Reflections
STOP GRINDING. START BECOMING. You don’t always need more discipline. Sometimes, you need a new identity. 👇 When you try to build your future with an identity created by your past, every step feels like walking through wet cement. That isn’t necessarily a lack of willpower. It’s friction between who you believe you are and who you’re trying to become. True transformation isn’t simply about doing more. It’s about becoming someone for whom the right actions feel natural. When your identity shifts: ✨ Action stops feeling forced ✨ Boundaries become easier ✨ Overthinking turns into clarity ✨ Consistency becomes part of who you are Let’s make this personal: What old identity are you ready to release—and who are you choosing to become instead? Complete both statements in the comments: “I am no longer someone who __________.” “I am becoming someone who __________.” 👇 For me it is: "I am no longer someone who avoids conflict and shy away from difficult conversations." "I am becoming someone who is honest in communicating and becoming good at dealing with conflict constructively." Care to share?

I am no longer someone who depends on the actions of others to feel good. I am becoming someone who is solid in herself regardless of circumstances around her.
Our bodies are changing, but what story do we tell ourselves about it.
What is your current identity telling you? 😲 I do not like exercise 😲 I'm now too old for exercise 😲 I'm not confident enough to join a workout session 😲 I'm too unfit, stiff, not strong enough to move around 😲 I'm not disciplined enough Yes, your body has carried you to here - celebrate it!👏🤸‍♀️ But is it able to carry you on the rest of your journey? Does your current identity allow it, embrace it, confirm it? This is what my identity tells me: "I AM no longer led by my old identity. I am becoming someone who respects, moves, and trusts my body." How about you❓ What needs to change about your identity and story? What is the new story you would want to tell yourself?

I love this question, and it's simultaneously a tricky one. I am entering perimenopause (or maybe have been in it for the past year), and the reality is that my body and abilities are drastically changing. I did realise early on though that I can fall back into a familiar narrative that tells me that I am too old now for the things I was doing before, OR I can double down on them precisely because it's the active and vaired life that greatly contributes to women's health in perimenopause. So, I don't quite move more than before, but I didn't shy away from things that might normally be labelled for younger women, so I now pole dance in my 40's :) I am loving every minute of discovering who I am in this new and changing body, but I am certain that I haven't found my full capacity yet. Still to be discovered :)
