Part I Although you may call me Dr. Skye Fleming, please understand that I am not a licensed medical doctor nor a licensed clinical practitioner. I'm not licensed in services such as therapy, medical treatment, or diagnosis, nor make factual medical claims, or make any promise of ay specific health outcomes from my courses, coaching, or any trainings. I serve as a spiritual advisor, not a medical or clinical provider. Any information, guidance, or support I offer is spiritual and educational in nature, and should not replace or be interpreted as medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. I do not make claims to heal anyone, nor do I claim the products I sell to heal anyone. This community is here to talk, to support, to educate, to give guidance, and to empower through personal development. I earned a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Humanistic Science (summa cum laude) from IMHS with specializations in Spiritual Counseling and Empowered Recovery (CERC), and I’m trained in Life Leadership Coaching (Paragon model). I’m also a Master Certified Life Coach through Transformation Academy (Group Coaching, Goal Success, Happiness, Life Purpose, Professional, Master Transformation) and hold SWIHA certifications in transpersonal hypnosis and life coaching. My work centers on mindset and helping those who may feel “addicted” to their own pain, thoughts, or emotional patterns—because sometimes the hardest relationship is the one you have with yourself. While I offer spiritual and emotional support to those experiencing sadness or emotional distress, if you are feeling depressed or overwhelmed, it’s important to reach out to a licensed mental health professional or medical provider. Professional help can provide the clinical care and resources needed for your well-being. Part II The exercises in this course – including breathwork, gentle movement, visualization, and other mind–body practices – are offered for educational and self-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or any form of professional healthcare.
