Do any of you run ads?
As you know, this week I’m working on Meta ads to grow our community. My goal is to invite new coaches who are building programs, group offers, and digital products. So far, I’ve spent a lot of time learning about the Andromeda update which involves testing different angles and creatives to reach a wider audience. Then I moved on to building the creatives in Canva (I’ve shared a screenshot of the Canva file. It’s still a work in progress). So, I thought I'd test 3 angles: ⭐ 1. Free templates angle: “Stop creating coaching tools from scratch.” ⭐ 2. Time-saving angle: “Use ready-made, research-based resources in your offers.” ⭐ 3. Build + sell angle: “Turn your coaching ideas into products you can sell.” Next step is to get them live and see what happens 😊 🌈 Do any of you run ads to grow your offers or groups? Any tips for me? And would it help if I created a set of ad templates like these and added them to the Social Media Pack in the Classroom so you can make use of them too?

@Georgia Arharidis where do you use ads? Facebook?
What do you wish someone had told you?
There are a lot of coaches here working on new offers or products. Many of us are left trying to figure it out on our own, so I thought it might be helpful to share what we’ve learned. If you’ve already launched an offer, what do you wish someone had told you before you started? ⭐ What was harder than you expected? ⭐ What did you spend too much time on? ⭐ What did you ignore that mattered more? ⭐ What slowed you down? ⭐ What would you do differently now? ⭐ Anything else you wish someone had told you? There’s real value in hearing from those who’ve done it so please share your experience below 😊

Focus and consistency are my challenges. I wish that I had been taught the value of systems when I first started
Your suggestions, now taking shape 😊
Thank you so much for all the ideas you shared on my post about new resources for the Classroom. I read through every comment and grouped your suggestions into themes and a clear pattern appeared. Many of you asked for shorter, bite-size coaching tools that can be used in sessions, workshops, or turned into mini courses. Based on your ideas, here are the first resources I will be creating next: - Sleep Coaching Toolkit - Grief and Loss Toolkit - Protecting Calm Toolkit After these, I will move on to group program session plans, seasonal planning tools, and some specialised topics such as perinatal mental health resources. A big thank you to everyone who shared suggestions and ideas especially @Angela Perozzi, @Gwendolyn Henry, @Georgia Arharidis, @Kerryn Smith, @Cheryl Ubsdell, @Tammy Faulds, @Nikki Pearson, @Jes Castro Your input really helped shape what comes next inside the Classroom 💛 Which of these resources would help you most right now?

Grief & loss 100%. Somatic practices and Nature connection resources would be awesome as well!

@Madeline Lowther are you a grief coach? I’m a newly minted coach. Would love to connect with how you use Miris tools?
What questions do you use most in sessions?
I've just popped a new coaching questioning resource into the Life Coaching Vault. It’s great for: - opening up deeper conversations in sessions - helping clients think about situations from different angles - moving past surface answers - giving structure when a session feels a bit stuck You can use the questions inside 1:1 sessions, group coaching, or turn them into journaling prompts for your programs. Click here to see the resource. It got me wondering: How do you use question prompts in your sessions? Do you keep a list nearby or just go with what comes up in the conversation?

I'm just doing some ICF coach training right now, so I'm curious what others do as well

@Nikki Pearson 100% can see this too. I'm a new coach :)
Tell me what you'd like to see added
I’m currently planning the next set of resources to create for you. Anything new I build from your requests will be added inside the Premium tier (alongside the done-for-you courses and full PLR templates). So this is your chance to shape what goes in next. I know many of you have said you’re building an ecosystem in your business or a range of offers that work together, like free content, group programs, courses, and digital products. If that’s you, I’d love to know what piece feels missing right now. So tell me, what coaching resources would you like to see added? You might need: - A workbook on a specific topic - A complete mini course you can brand and sell - Session plans for 1:1 or group programs - Sales page or email templates - Social media templates for a certain niche - Something else entirely What would save you the most time or help you sell more easily? (And if you’re not in Premium yet, now is the best time to join 😉 The price is at an early rate while I’m still building the community and adding new resources. You can join here and lock in this lower price as the community grows.) Share what would fit into your wider offer and I’ll use your replies to plan the next releases. Thanks for shaping this with me 💛
