👋 Welcome + Introduce Yourself
I'm Elise — I grew this community from 0 to 500 members in 21 days, largely on the back of a really good About page. Skool Copy Hub is for community owners who know what their Skool is about but can't quite explain it clearly enough to get people to actually join. I'm building this out live — adding templates, trainings, and resources as I grow this community alongside you. Stick around and you'll be the first to know as new content drops. 🚀 Founding Member Opportunity Lock in Founding Member pricing at $9/month and get access to all future courses I add to the classroom at today's price, forever. → Upgrade here: 👋 Introduce Yourself! Drop a comment below and share: - Your name - What's your community about (and who's it for)? - Drop a link if you've got one! A couple of quick rules: - No AI slop. Use AI to help, but make it sound like YOU (you're a cool human!!). - No pitching in DMs. Feel free to share your offer when it's relevant in a conversation, but do not randomly cold pitch (that's gross). Thanks for keeping this a kind, helpful space. I'm so glad you're here 🙌 — Elise

You Can Launch Your Skool Today (Here's How)
Hi lovely members! In this video, I cover: ✅ Why most memberships never launch — and why it's rarely because the idea itself is bad ✅ The only two things you actually need before you open the doors ✅ How to turn a workshop that doesn't exist yet into your first "draw card" resource ✅ Why that workshop needs to land inside the first 7 days of your free trial — not "whenever it's ready" ✅ The welcome post that tells brand new members exactly what to expect and when ✅ The 3 angles I use to find a membership idea that's actually irresistible ✅ How I mine my own membership idea out of what I already teach, using one Claude prompt Learn how to create, launch, and sell your membership inside Market With Claude 👉🏼 https://www.skool.com/funnelenvy/about There's a 7-day FREE trial so you can check it out risk-free!

800+ of us? Wow, guys! 💖
Yes, we hit 800 members yesterday. And I'm feeling so grateful! What started as a spark of an idea has evolved into this beautiful, supportive community of Skoolers. I thought it would be a lovely moment to tell you what's happening here and how you can get involved: 1. GROW YOUR SKOOL SPRINT - Designed to help you get more EYEBALLS on your About Page (so more members join... duh!) - This is happening right NOW! 2. ABOUT PAGE TEMPLATE + TRAINING - This is FREE and ALL members can use it to write (or rewrite) their page 3. SKOOL GROWTH BLUEPRINT - The 4-part blueprint for growing & monetising a Skool community - These lessons are being built out LIVE with our Premium members - We have a LIVE workshop next week chatting about How to UPGRADE members from free > paid 4. COPYWRITING TEMPLATES, AI PROMPTS + MORE - Find it all in our Classroom! - You can purchase resources on their own OR join Premium & unlock it all (PLUS, future workshops & resources!) 5. PERSONALISED SUPPORT + FEEDBACK - Get my feedback & support on growing & monetising YOUR Skool community when you upgrade to VIP! - VIP closes on April 10, so I can best focus on serving our current VIPers! Want to join? Hop in quick! 6. 1:1 SUPPORT - I'm opening a limited number of spots to book a 1:1 call with me for April. - If you want deeper feedback on your About page, tiers, attraction or upgrade strategy, this is perfect for you! - Book a 1:1 call here >>

thank you, so much great info, I’m going to go thru it next week so I can digest
Has anyone else tested a free trial and then pulled it back? 😅
I want to share what I learned because I think it's worth being honest about - especially for anyone considering adding a free trial to their Skool community. A little context: I started my community at $7 for a limited time, then bumped it up to $27 and I had 14 members who joined through direct paid before I ever offered a trial. Zero churn, high engagement, people actively going through the content and showing up to live calls. It felt like a really solid foundation. Then I decided to test a 7-day free trial in late February after seeing other community owners talk about how much it lowered the barrier to entry. The logic made sense to me - let people experience the value first, and they'll stay. Here's what actually happened with my 7 trial members: - 1 cancelled during the trial - 1 payment declined after the trial ended - 1 cancelled after their payment went through - so they paid once but left - 2 churned after converting - one cited cutting costs, one gave no reason - 1 is still active with no signs of cancelling - 1 is still in their trial So realistically I got 1 solid member out of 7. That's a ~14% real conversion rate. Compare that to my 14 direct paid members - zero churn, actively engaged, going through the classroom, commenting, showing up every day. The difference in energy between the two groups was honestly striking. My theory is that paying something - even $27 - creates commitment. The person who pays upfront has already made a decision. The person who grabs a free trial is still deciding, and a lot of them never actually commit. They came in curious, not convinced. I also noticed that the free trial seemed to attract a slightly different type of person - more casual, less bought in. My paid members treat it like an investment. My trial members treated it more like a free sample. I've gone back to direct paid at $27/month and I'm running ads without any free trial offer now. I'm watching closely to see if the quality of member holds up.
Has anyone else tested a free trial and then pulled it back? 😅
