my biggest win by far was the realisation from @Igor Pogany that: "𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘮 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘯𝘢𝘪𝘷" and of course the burger. lol

I'm getting so excited! I'm treating this as if I was going for a flight, cleaning my house, getting all my projects delegated, deferred or done, and trashing what isn't absolutely necessary for me and my business. What are you all doing? I'm curious if there are any tips and tricks you guys do for summits like these?

How is everyone engaging with this community? I think I learn best on desktop but it’s more fun to chat with people using my phone. Tradeoffs!
