Nuclear Only?
It seems clear to me from what Trump and JD Vance have said that the reason negotiations failed was the nuclear enrichment factor. Iran has agreed to 5 years while the U.S wants 20 years of non-enrichment. Basically, Trump wants a JCPOA 2.0 with his own stamp on it. It seems to me like a deal can be made soon. Maybe for 10 years. Now I might not be politically well-informed, so maybe someone here can enlighten me on how that's gonna lead to regime change.

Why are you always on the side of IRGC farbod? I think you are IRGC aligned and seeking division among those who oppose IRGC.

@Daniel Bell i wasn't talking to you or about you and the fact that you think this place Armin built is so unimportant that the opposition wouldn't try to infiltrate it is sad and insulting, also sticking out your middle finger is ad hominem a low form of debate, all i did was point at a pattern. Patterns matter and that seems to be Farbod's pattern.
Bombing Universities = War Crime!
What right do U.S and Israel have to bomb universities? How's that supposed to help the people overthrow the regime?

@Farbod Babaeipirouz Earlier, you said the Universities were targetted and people died without details, it's not a fact, it's a vague nebulous claim to be heard and dismissed like a fart in the wind.

Confronting the Network: A Decade Opposing Hamas, the Mullah Regime and Their Influence Operations in the United States”
Throughout the past decade, I have repeatedly witnessed and confronted the disturbing alliances between radical leftist organizations and Islamist extremist groups. These partnerships, often masked as social justice activism, consistently reveal a shared hostility toward Western values, Israel, and democratic principles. Some of the more significant examples n the following responses include the following: In 2015, I faced off against radical leftists, including Daisy Khan and other individuals aligned with the mullah regime, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Hamas, outside AIPAC in Washington, D.C. In October 2023, following the Hamas October 7 terrorist attack on Israel, I confronted radical leftist organizations, including Antifa, the Marxist Youth League, the Workers World Party, Students for Justice in Palestine, and other aligned groups. In November 2025, I documented radical leftist groups — including Antifa, the Marxist Youth League, the Workers World Party, Students for Justice in Palestine, and other co-aligned actors — as they supported the violent Marxist Maduro regime in Venezuela, the mullah regime occupying Iran, the Castro regime occupying Cuba, and Hamas Last Saturday at the “No Kings” rally in Buffalo those same groups Antifa, the Marxist Youth League, the Workers World Party, Students for Justice in Palestine, and other co-aligned actors — as they supported the violent Marxist Maduro regime in Venezuela, the mullah regime occupying Iran, the Castro regime occupying Cuba, and Hamas These repeated encounters demonstrate a clear and consistent pattern: radical leftist organizations are not merely protesting — they are actively aligning with authoritarian regimes and terrorist groups that oppose freedom, democracy, and human rights. This dangerous convergence should concern anyone who values liberty and Western civilization. It is essential that we recognize and confront these alliances before they further erode the principles that underpin our society.

We need lawyers and legal action organized against these groups. Organizations such as Antifa, the Workers World Party, Students for Justice in Palestine, the Marxist Youth League, and similar entities have engaged in repeated criminal conduct at the street level (riots, assaults, property destruction) and institutional level (tax, reporting, and nonprofit violations). Numerous recorded incidents of violence are associated with these groups. Nonprofits like Code Pink are not exempt from the law. Tax violations have long dismantled criminal enterprises, as with Al Capone. If violence is coordinated interstate, including via cross-state transportation, it elevates to serious federal crimes referable to the FBI due to interstate commerce elements. My goal is to make as many of these provably interstate felonies as possible. Dossiers should also examine whether these acts are funded, directly or indirectly, by international adversaries seeking to sow U.S. political unrest and division. Substantial foreign influence spending on campuses, NGOs, and networks (as shown in 2016 to 2024 comparative tables where certain nations vastly outspend others in non-lobbying channels) raises serious questions of external sponsorship. If confirmed, this adds powerful national security tools, including FARA requirements, material support statutes, money laundering provisions, and broader counter-influence authorities for the FBI, DOJ, and Treasury. An important additional question for the dossiers is whether large foreign or domestic donations to universities, NGOs, or related entities can be subject to seizure or forfeiture if evidence shows the donors or recipients knowingly or tacitly approved of or enabled the very public illegal acts (such as riots or property destruction) associated with these campus movements. While general donations are protected, funds proven to support criminal activity may be forfeitable under RICO (if rioting is added as a predicate), material support laws, civil asset forfeiture provisions, or IRS enforcement actions tied to tax-exempt violations.
WAR CRIMES AND INTERNATIONAL LAW ICC (reality vs fiction)
The *ICC* stands for the *International Criminal Court*. It is the world's first permanent international criminal court, based in The Hague, Netherlands. It was established in 2002 by the Rome Statute, an international treaty. It investigates and prosecutes individuals (not countries or governments) for genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression. It acts as a court of last resort and only steps in when national courts are unwilling or unable to genuinely prosecute the crimes. Most countries that actually fight wars, including the US, Russia, China, and India, never joined the *ICC*. 80 percent of armies in active conflict are not *ICC* members. Arab states constantly accuse Israel of violating international law, yet only Tunisia ever joined the *ICC*. Arab countries demanded Europe accept Syrian refugees, but none of them signed the Refugee Convention themselves. Saudi Arabia and Qatar took in zero refugees. International law cannot enforce itself. It is politics pretending to be law. International law did not save the Muslims of Bosnia. Bill Clinton did, by ordering the bombing of Belgrade. It did not stop the Rwandan genocide. Nobody did. A million Tutsis were killed. Right now, South Africa, which accuses Israel of genocide, abstained from a UN fact-finding mission on potential mass deaths in Iran. The spread of democracy comes from American power and example after WWII, not from imaginary global rules. Real law offers protection in exchange for obedience. International law is just politics: whatever powerful states agree to, or whatever is convenient. The *ICC* is not part of the United Nations. It is independent, though the UN Security Council can refer cases to it. Many major powers that frequently engage in conflict have not joined, including the United States, Russia, China, and India. Around 125 countries are members, but a large number of countries likely to fight wars have stayed out. Only a small number of Arab countries have joined.

Possibilities are infinite facts are fact the USA is in fact not subject to any outside court. like I said what we decide is what we abide by what people outside say doesn't matter. I will vote for the ones that kill anyone and everyone that threatens our reserve currency status. If we lose that, outside might influence & force the loss of our individual right to own and defend ourselves and our property. Even know i more how much it has been eroded already. Since the Revolutionary War, the United States declared its independence in 1776 and won it in 1783 precisely to escape all external rule. From that moment, American sovereignty has been absolute: the Constitution gives only the US government—through its own elected leaders and Senate-ratified treaties—the power to bind the nation. No foreign court, king, or international body has ever been granted authority over it, and none ever will. Russia and China operate exactly the same way, routinely ignoring international law when it conflicts with their national interests. This is why the US has never submitted to compulsory international law and can walk away from any treaty it chooses.

@Marius Andresen nope i want less nukes if I could snap my fingers and make USA the only nation with nukes the world would be a better place. I don't want an equality fo nukes I want the utter and complete annihilation of any government that attempts to attain it and the subversion, balkanization and collapse of any nation that opposes USA and has nuclear weapons only to be replaced by a government that respects the Individual rights of their citizens to own and defend themselves and their property.
