Hi. And welcome to the "Thrive Tribe" Please introduce yourself and let me know about your goals. I'll go first 😊 I am a Happiness Life Coach, a mother, a grandmother, a Basketball Coach and a crocheter. I have a Counselling background which I went into due to always counselling athletes I coached and quite often their families as well. I have found throughout life facing many mental health challenges (yes, they are challenges not issues) that we are often faced with having to balance life whilst we heal. This, I believe, is what I have managed to do very well and would love to share this with you. A happiness coach is a life coach who helps clients discover how to approach their problems and change their thinking and behaviours to achieve a sense of happiness and fulfilment. They provide counselling, guidance, and motivation to clients.
