Live Growth Board Week #8
Hey everyone! We’re back with a new Live Growth Board. For those who are new here, the idea is simple: every week, we share our progress, stats, wins, and anything worth noting to keep ourselves accountable. It’s also a great way for me, and the community, to support and cheer each other on. Just share your update like I did below 👇 For me: Subscriber count: 1552 (previously 1550) Open rate: 24% (previously 24%) Notes published: 25 (previously 25) Growth comments: 10 (Growth comments is one of the main action that drive me growth, you find more details in Module 3) Sloe growth for myself, working towards important structure thing. Would love to know what feels slow for you right now but is important to build? Drop it below 👇 Let’s keep the momentum going.

Live Growth Board Week #6
Hey everyone! We’re back with a new Live Growth Board. For those who are new here, the idea is simple: every week, we share our progress, stats, wins, and anything worth noting to keep ourselves accountable. It’s also a great way for me, and the community, to support and cheer each other on. Just share your update like I did below 👇 For me: Subscriber count: 1550 (previously 1542) Open rate: 24% (previously 22%) Notes published: 25 (previously 25) Growth comments: 30 (Growth comments is one of the main action that drive me growth, you find more details in Module 3) I’d also love to know where you are in the classroom, are you just getting started or close to finishing? And what’s one question you have about Substack right now? Drop it below 👇 Let’s keep the momentum going.

Is there going to be a growth board for this week?
What do you struggle the most right now with your Substack?
An obstacle right now could cost you 2 months of progress. I made the mistake of repeating the same one for 6 months… and I’m only fixing it now. The good news? That’s exactly why this community exists. Drop your #1 struggle below and explain why it’s blocking you. Not just: “no one is subscribing.”More like: “I tried comments, Notes, and recommendations, but I’m still getting 1 subscriber a day… what am I doing wrong?” The more details you share, the easier it is for me (or someone else) to actually help you. And I have my own struggle too: how can I make this community the most actionable possible? Do you prefer learning at your own pace, or would you like more community features, more classroom updates? Let me know. Now go share your struggle 👇

@Julian Precht my substack is the quiet transition

@Julian Precht thanks for taking a look. Yes I have 286 subscribers. I’m not sure I agree about my audience not being on substack. Others in the space (albeit women) have 10k+ subscribers. So I definitely think there’s a lot of growth potential.
What Did You Complete Last Week?
This is where builders separate from dreamers. Every Monday:Post what you will execute this week. Every Friday:Update us. Done or not done. Format: This week I will: – … – … – … No essays.Just commitments. This is also the place where we share your wins with the NEWSLETTER GROWTH PLANNER! For example, if you finished your first Module: Make a post about it. We want to uplift you😁 Why this matters: Ideas don’t build newsletters.Execution does. This space is about action. Not motivation. If you miss your target? You don’t disappear. You adjust and recommit. Post your first commitment down: What will you do in your first week??🤔

@William Leroux I do. I record myself reading my posts. Substack pushes them to Spotify and Apple.
