@Bio Naut Yeah, the optimal time to start rapamycin is still up in the air... We will see what the future holds! As of now, rapamycin seems promising. In my own life, I have not seen any reduction in anabolism. Neither have any of my friends. I have built around 10kg of muscle since starting rapamycin...though definitely not BECAUSE of rapamycin. While muscle accrual may be slower on rapa, I do not mind needing to wait a couple of months more

@Bio Naut I do take rapa only once weekly. I think that taking it on a rest day vs training day is needless overthinking and over the long run does not change the outcome. I do not care about 24h muscle protein synthesis, but rather about my ability to build muscle over 24 months. By that measure, I doubt that rapamycin would have much of an effect - very slight at best IMO, but interesting discussion
