Good Morning everyone!
How did October treat you? It believe it was the slowest month I've had all year. Sure hoping it somehow turns around this month!

no sales here. Considering placing some domains in wholesale portfolios.

Relatively new to domaining, about 1 year. Have sold a few domains, both exact match and brandable. I am looking to concentrate on brandables, think exact match is too open to impacts from Google and AI.
Important Update - Moving to a Free Community Model
Hey everyone, I want to thank each of you for being part of this journey and for supporting what I set out to build. However, after carefully reviewing the sustainability of the current paid model, it’s clear that it is no longer viable. The costs to keep up with daily lists, periodic videos, and the workload to sustain a paid membership have exceeded the number of active domainers participating at a level necessary to justify it. Rather than shutting it down entirely, I’ve decided on a better path: 🚀 The community is becoming 100% FREE - All current paid members can downgrade to the free plan at any time and retain full access to everything. - I will continue sharing my graded domain lists, but only on the days I’m actively using them myself, instead of daily. This will reduce costs while still providing real value when it matters. - My goal is to keep this as a closed, focused, high-quality domainer community, just without the financial barrier. 🙏 A sincere thank you Even though the paid model hasn’t proven sustainable, I believe this new structure will allow the community to thrive in a more organic and productive way, while also allowing me to focus my time where it can create the most impact. I’m excited for what’s ahead and I hope this free community can become an even stronger place for serious domainers to grow together. Thank you again for believing in this vision. You can downgrade at any time, and nothing will change in terms of access. -- Michael Rader

Many thanks Michael for what you have already put together. Within the community I have already benefited greatly from the knowledge available. Hope the new approach allows the continuation of your hopes for a true domainer community.
🔥 Insights from my 2025 Sales - 54 Domains
2025 Sales Portfolio Breakdown Total domains: 54 Sold I pulled together some insights from my sales this year that you may find useful. This isn’t financial advice, I’m not telling you what to do or what works, only what I’ve found interesting in my own sales. Never take what I share as a guaranteed way to register domains or make money; results vary for everyone... 1. Length Matters 🦴 56% of sales were ≤7 characters. 🦴 These short invented names consistently sell in the $2K–$5K range, making them the bread and butter of my portfolio. 🦴 Insight: Short invented names act as more liquid assets in my portfolio, they’re easier to sell, even if individually smaller wins. 2. Double Keyword = Big Tickets 🦴 Only 13% of sales were keyword+keyword domains (MediaBlock, MagicHome, FlashCloud, TrustMethod, ProfitCharge, ShieldWise, RoadWard). 🦴 But these accounted for my largest sales of the year ($20K–$30K+). 🦴 Insight: Holding strong keyword generics can generate outsized returns. Volume may be low, but ROI is huge. 3. Two Invented Brandable Clusters 🦴 Short invented (≤7 letters): 56% of sales. Examples: Pakyo, Klua, Tigola, Vocoro, Fondora. 🦴 Longer invented (≥8 letters): 32% of sales. Examples: Convogo, Valorosa, Orgature, Centravo. 🦴 Insight: Buyers are split. 🦴 Startups lean toward snappy, easy-to-spell 5–7 letter coinages. 🦴 Larger or more formal companies sometimes prefer longer, romance-language inspired names that feel established. 4. Common Suffixes & Sound Patterns 🦴 -ora / -osa endings (Fondora, Valorosa, Panthra, Estrala, Travisia) 🦴 -o / -io / -ero endings (Vocoro, Povora, Coinero, Nexoro) 🦴 -ix / -ex / -trix style (Gravax, Yesdex, Countrix) 🦴 -ful / -ize endings (Hyperful, Monatize) 🦴 Insight: Phonetic DNA sells. Buyers gravitate to names that sound like other successful startups but still feel unique. Spotting these repeatable endings can guide future acquisitions. 5. Category Themes 🦴 Finance / Trust: TrustMethod, ProfitCharge, Cognier

Hi Michael, I may be being stupid here but I can't see anything about the split of your overall domain holding? So I see your sales for length <=7 is 56%, is this reflective of your portfolio?

sorry meant is it reflective of your portfolio, that is does your portfolio consist of 56% of less than 7 character domains as well? Just trying to get a feel for this, if your portfolio has less that 56% then your sdales achieved are disporportionate but if say 90% of the portfolio was short domains then it could be they are not performing as well as others?
