You can eat less and still gain more. Thatās something Iāve been working on recently by approaching my nutrition in a more efficient way. I realized that the reason people think they need so much protein, iron, and everything else is often because their nutrition is inefficient. Their diet is filled with foods that contain anti-nutrient absorption factors, which forces the body to need much more than it should. Some people also eat too much cooked foodāmost cooked food is basically half-dead food. Others eat too often, which leads to poor assimilation. And on top of that, lack of mental balance, stress, and low states of being are well known to reduce absorption of whatever we eat. Here are some simple changes that allowed me to require less food and still grow muscle, without compromising my health through force-feeding: ā avoiding acidic foods and focusing on alkaline ā intermittent fasting, 16 hours daily ā eating two meals a day, no snacking in between ā avoiding coffee ā eating mostly raw (the only things I cook for my main nutrition are plantain and tofu) Does this sound like controversial woo-woo to you, or do you connect with the message?
