Going inwards to integrate magic 😌
The last few days felt like going inwards and really sitting with a few things after a few magical days. Sitting with what feels alive. Sitting with what feels nourishing. Sitting with discomfort and uncertainty. Sometimes magic needs time to integrate. PAWSING with Pax. And he is such a blessing to be with. My familiar that gets me more than words can honour. 🥹💛🙏 How are you all travelling? Anyone else in a rhythm of integration? Here is Pax giving you his favourite toy. When he feels the energy needs some lightness, he will bring you a gift. Or sometimes it’s to show off and he is on parade. 😂

@Birdy O'Sheedy There’s a lot to be said for giving ourselves time to sit with things rather than always needing to do something with them straight away. That’s something I have a hard time with most days. 😊 Sometimes things just need a little space to settle. Pax clearly has the right idea though. If it all gets too serious, bring the toy out. 😂💛
Glimmer activity. ✨
Pax and I are making soil blocks today to raise seedlings for our permaculture property. I looooooove it as it’s a never ending glimmer. 🤩 Playing in dirt, raising food, hanging out with my buddy?!? Best feeling ever.🥳 What activities bring you sustained magic and glimmer moments?

@Birdy O'Sheedy Sounds like Pax found his own sustained glimmer moment. 🤣💩
I need your brain 😬
Okay folks, I need your brains on this one please! 🧠✨ I’m currently redesigning the PAWS classroom and rebuilding the materials from scratch, and I’d love your input on something. The original PAWS method was: P — Present Moment A — Appreciation W — Wonder S — Share Originally, Appreciation was intended to be more than simply noticing something we appreciate and expand with it. It was also about staying with it for a moment and really taking it in. Then @Melanie Sweeney beautifully brought up the idea of savouring, and now I’m wondering where it most naturally belongs in the PAWS process. So, which feels more intuitive and potent to you? Option 1: A — Appreciate in a savouring way You notice what you appreciate and consciously linger with it, letting the moment really land. Option 2: S — Savour (before it was Share) You move through Present Moment → Appreciation → Wonder, and then finish by savouring and/or sharing the experience. I quite like the idea of savouring coming at the end, almost like tying a bow around the little gift you’ve just given yourself. 🎁 But I’m curious about what feels most natural to YOU when you actually imagine using PAWS in everyday life. Where would you put Savour? Is it more important than Sharing? Because I could also just make the S- Savour instead of Share? I also was really taken in what @Jane Purdon shared with us in a thread. I don't want that people feel pressure to share constantly on social media. It was encouraged during the 28 day challenge to build a habit (which Jane clearly beautifully did and inspired many of us) and now its finding a way to live and integrate it. The sharing aspect is more to put high vibes into the world, and as a community we use the science of capatalisation (we enhance it and witness it) and then these experiences become contagious and it spreads. So I do like that aspect. But I don't want that people feel obligated to do it.

I think S = Share still makes the most sense to me. For me, savouring feels like part of Appreciation rather than a separate step. You notice something you appreciate, then stay with it long enough to actually experience it rather than immediately moving on. I also think Share gives the process somewhere to go beyond ourselves. That doesn't necessarily have to mean making a post or sharing on social media every time. It could be as simple as telling someone about it, expressing your appreciation to them, or sharing a little of that good feeling with the people around you. I actually think the formula you started with is really good as it is. Maybe it's not the PAWS that needs changing, but how Appreciation and Share are explained. 💛

I love the formula as is. Makes sense to me.

Very cool. Pax is such a kind soul. No way those birds are letting anything threatening near them. Very special.
🙄
Pax: “Mum, you are STILL on the couch?!? To be honest…this is very boring for me. Very inconveniencing.“ *Sighs deeply while making direct eye contact* 🙄😂 Pax is such a lovely boy, but you mess with his outside runs, he will let you know 😂
