PMP: First attempt failed
I took my PMP exam today and unfortunately did not pass (People: Below Target, Process: Target, Business Environment: Target). I would really appreciate any advice from those who have been in a similar situation. I’m planning to retake the exam in about a month.
PMP Passed
I studied PMP last 2020 but didn't take the exam since I got the impression that the exam is extremely hard since I was having a hard time understanding my class. Fast forward to seeing Andrew on Tiktok last Dec and taking his live class last Jan (one week before my maternity leave ends); I had to be online from 7pm-3am Dubai time for 4 days but it was well worth it since attending the live session made me confident that Andrew can really simplify it. For the next 2 weeks, I read the book, did the 12hr cram class and mock exams on TIA website and I passed my exam yesterday. Reading the mindset helped guide me understanding my mistakes on the mock tests and eventually using the same on the actual exam. I highly recommend reading his book and taking his courses, if you can take the live one to interact with him, much better!

Congratulations Ann and thanks for sharing!
Its Finally Done - I Passed my PMP.
I’m pleased to share that I passed my Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam on Jan. 28th. I have to say I am so relieved. Thank you @Andrew Ramdayal for the PMP content. I purchased the study guide and the exam Simulator which was all wonderful practice for exam prep.....and yes, I wore "blue" during the exam and celebrated with cake afterwards.

Notification about your PMP® application audit
Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the PMI audit process and seek advice from those who may have faced a similar situation. My PMP application was audited and unfortunately not approved. The main feedback from PMI was related to : " Eligibility Not Met: Project Management Role: - Perform their duties under general supervision and are responsible for all aspects of the project for the life of the project - Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources - Demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience to appropriately apply a methodology to projects that have reasonably well-defined project requirements and deliverables The content within the experience descriptions indicated providing valued project support, and that you led some aspects of each project, but did not demonstrate serving as project manager, leading, and directing cross-functional teams. Please note, although we do not require the title of Project Manager for the projects submitted, we do require you to perform the role of project manager for each project. If you did not serve in the role of project manager for each project experience, it will not fulfill our requirements" Has anyone received similar feedback during an audit? If so, how did you improve or reframe your project descriptions to clearly demonstrate project leadership, decision-making authority, and accountability for outcomes? Any guidance or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, and best of luck to everyone on their PMP journey!
Officially certified!!! 🎉
Happy to announce I passed the test. I took Andrew’s course on Udemy, took the practice exam a million times and of course… I wore blue! ✅ Thanks Andrew!
