Hi, This is Siddharth here. I am from a town in U.P. India called Aligarh. I came to the UK (birmingham) in 2023 september to do my masters in AI. It's been a great journey so far with a good amount of ups and downs. I wish to get sponsored or move to a better environment for AI/Software related jobs. One of the major challenges that I am currently facing is - even though I've finally started to get proper interview calls, I am getting ghosted by these recruiters and the hiring managers. All of that without a proper rejection - so that's interesting.
