MFS Mentorship call today
Due to popular vote. We're doing mock Owner calls today. I'm planning on doing the Broker calls next week so I'll be a good one as well. But if you haven't done this before, this week will be a really good one to attend. I find the soft skills on this one to be a pretty consistent week point for a lot of people in the Mentorship group. And so I'm really excited to go over it with all of y'all. And trust me it is way easier to practice it in this group and do it in real life than to have a super awkward call with an owner with no prep!

I’ve got broker calls down. But I’ve never done an off market deal through the owner before. Should be fun.
