Surah Al-Fatihah
📖 Arabic (Ayah 7) صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ 🌍 Translation (English) “The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have earned Your anger, nor of those who go astray.” 🧠 Tajwīd Breakdown (Simple) - صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ صِ: Heavy letter (tafkhīm), pronounced with a full mouth. الَّذِينَ: Lam (ل) is merged into ذ (idghām shamsiyyah) → you don’t pronounce the “ل”, instead stress “ذ”. - أَنْعَمْتَ نْ + ع: Clear pronunciation (iẓhār), because ع is a throat letter. - عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ مْ + غ: Clear (iẓhār shafawī) since غ is not ب or م. - غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ رِ: Light (tarqīq) because it has kasrah. الْمَغْضُوبِ: Lam is pronounced clearly (qamariyyah). - الضَّالِّينَ ضَّ: Heavy letter with shaddah → hold slightly. الضَّالِّينَ: Stretch the “aa” (alif) for 2 counts (madd ṭabīʿī). Shaddah on لّ: emphasize and hold. Ends with madd ‘āriḍ li-s-sukūn (when stopping, can stretch 2, 4, or 6 counts).

Surah Al-Fatihah
Arabic ayat :6 ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ 🌐 Translation (Tarjuma – English) “Guide us to the Straight Path.” 🧠 Word-by-word meaning - ٱهْدِنَا (Ihdinā) → Guide us - ٱلصِّرَٰطَ (aṣ-Ṣirāṭa) → The path - ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ (al-Mustaqīm) → The straight / correct 🎙️ Tajweed Rules (Simple Explanation) 1. ٱهْدِنَا (Ihdinā) هْ (Hā with sukoon) → clear, soft sound (no heavy emphasis) 2. ٱلصِّرَٰطَ (aṣ-Ṣirāṭa) ٱل + ص = assimilation (Idghām Shamsi) → “Al” is not pronounced fully → read as “aṣ-Ṣirāṭ” ص (Ṣād) → heavy letter (tafkhīm), pronounced with fullness رَٰ (Rā) → heavy here because of fatḥah Stretch (Madd) on رَٰ → prolong about 2 counts 3. ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ (al-Mustaqīm) ٱل (Al) → pronounced clearly (since م is a moon letter → Izhar Qamari) ق (Qāf) → heavy letter ي (Ya with madd) → stretch for 2 counts (natural madd)

Surah Al-Fatihah :ayat 5
Arabic إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ 🌍 Translation (Tarjuma – English) “You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help.” ترجمہ (اردو) “ہم تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور تجھ ہی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں۔” 🟢 Tajweed Explanation 1. إِيَّاكَ (Iyyāka) Contains shaddah (ّ) on يّ → hold the sound slightly longer (double “y” sound). Stretch إِي with Madd Ṭabī‘ī (natural elongation) → 2 counts. 2. نَعْبُدُ (Na‘budu) Clear pronunciation of ‘Ayn (ع) from the throat. No major elongation rules here. 3. وَإِيَّاكَ (Wa iyyāka) Same tajweed rules as إِيَّاكَ: Madd on إِي Shaddah on يّ 4. نَسْتَعِينُ (Nasta‘īn) Contains Madd Ṭabī‘ī on عِي → stretch for 2 counts. Again, pronounce ‘Ayn (ع) clearly from the throat. 🔑 Key Tajweed Rules in This Ayah - Madd Ṭabī‘ī (Natural elongation) – stretch vowels for 2 counts. - Shaddah (ّ) – emphasize/double the letter. - Makharij (Articulation points) – especially for ع (‘Ayn).

Arabic : مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ Full Translation (Tarjuma): “Master of the Day of Judgment. Word-by-word meaning: - مَالِكِ (Māliki) → Owner / Master - يَوْمِ (Yawm) → Day - الدِّينِ (Ad-Dīn) → of Judgment / Recompense - - Tajweed Breakdown: - مَالِكِ (Māliki) Stretch “maa” (مَا) for 2 counts (Madd Ṭabī‘ī) - يَوْمِ (Yawm) Clear pronunciation of yaa and waw, no elongation beyond natural - الدِّينِ (Ad-Dīn) Idghām Shamsiyyah: the ل (Laam) in “ال” is not pronounced, merges into د Shaddah (ّ) on د → emphasize the “d” sound Stretch “dī” for 2 counts (Madd Ṭabī‘ī) -
