🔥 COMMUNITY TALK: Let’s Talk About CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE 🔥
We’ve talked about vendors, pricing, content, and marketing… but there’s one thing that separates brands that last from brands that fade out: Customer experience. Anyone can sell hair. Anyone can post bundles. But not everyone knows how to make a customer feel valued enough to come back. Here are a few things I want you all thinking about this week: ✨ Communication: Are you responding to DMs professionally? Are you clear about pricing, shipping time, and what the client is getting? 📦 Presentation: When your customer receives their order, does it feel like they bought from a real brand? Packaging, thank-you notes, and care cards make a difference. ⭐ Reviews & Proof: Always ask your customers for a picture or review after they install their hair. That’s social proof for your next sale. 🤝 Follow-Up: After a client buys from you, check in. Ask how they like the hair. That small message builds loyalty. Remember: One happy customer can turn into five more customers. Your goal isn’t just to make one sale — it’s to build a brand people trust, recommend, and come back to. Drop a comment below and tell the community: ➡️ What is ONE thing you’re doing to improve your customer experience this week?

I’m focusing on setting the right pricing for my bundles so my customers get luxury quality
🚨 PRICING CHECK-IN FOR THE COMMUNITY 🚨
Let’s talk about something that makes or breaks your hair business: your price list. A lot of people want six-figure businesses but still have $2018 prices. That math will never add up. Remember this: 💡 Your price list should reflect 3 things: 1. Your skill – If you’ve been doing hair for years, stop pricing like a beginner. 2. Your demand – If your books stay full, your prices should go up. Period. 3. Your lifestyle goals – If you want to make $5K–$10K months, your pricing has to support that. Too many stylists are: ❌ Undercharging ❌ Overworking ❌ Burning out behind the chair Meanwhile the ones winning are charging for: ✔️ The install ✔️ The hair ✔️ The experience ✔️ The convenience Your price list is not just numbers. It’s your business strategy. So I want everyone to drop in the comments: 👇 What’s ONE service on your price list you feel like you might be undercharging for? Let’s fix it together and get your pricing aligned with the *income you actually want.

🚨 TODAY’S MARKETING MOVE: VISIBILITY CHECK 🚨
If you want sales, you need visibility. If you want visibility, you need content. If you want content to work, you need clarity + consistency. Today’s focus is simple: 📲 POST ON AT LEAST ONE PLATFORM (Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook — pick ONE) 🎯 WHAT TO POST: Choose ONE of these: 1️⃣ Story Post Share why you’re starting or building your hair brand. → People buy stories before they buy products. 2️⃣ Problem-Solving Post Call out a common hair problem your brand will fix. → Example: shedding, thin bundles, slow shipping, bad quality. 3️⃣ Behind-the-Scenes Post Show you working, planning, or learning. → Building in public builds trust. 📣 ADD A CTA (DON’T SKIP THIS): End your post with ONE simple direction: - “Comment ‘ME’ if this sounds like you” - “DM me if you love good quality hair” - “Save this if you’ve been through this” No CTA = no action. ✅ TODAY’S CHECK-IN: Drop in the comments: ✔ What platform you posted on ✔ What type of post you chose ✔ Screenshot (optional but encouraged) You don’t need to go viral. You need to be visible. Post today. Excuses don’t sell.
