Talk to the owner he want to sell and close in 30 days Mother is ill and he move her in with him and his wife and he got two grand kids on the way It 1600 sq ft 3br 2 ba New roof 3 hvac system 1year new plumbing It sit on .46 acre lot It price at $214,900 It he use a agent it would go for 225,000 but he listed his self so he only want 214,900 Now the state of North Carolina is going to buy up so of the front of the property to widen the road.. they going to buy 10ft of the front of the property. Can you help me with this. What should I do next
