Is there a way by which I can extract the email address of a hiring manager? so one of the signals for a marketing agency is if someone is hiring for an SDR, so I am keen to email the hiring manager with my offer. Any ideas, how can we achieve this?

However, I’m not seeing the results I expected—so far, only about 10% of my connection requests have been accepted. I know it’s still early, but I’d really appreciate any tips or insights on improving my acceptance rate. Thanks in advance!
