I made a dummy campaign for roofers in Melbourne with $50 Daily Ad spend. I have 2 campaigns one for Instant forms and the other for landing page and each campaign has 2 ad sets to test out two different creatives. The instant form campaigns shows daily results of 2-14 for each ad set and the website one shows 8-24 & 6-16 expected daily leads. I'm gonna start outreaching via dms and email asap and i wanted to know 1. how many leads(estimate) would i get per month to set my client's expectations? 2. Should I drop instant forms and only go with web funnels?

Cold calling - you don't need to be a professional, you don't need the best script and you definitely don't need to keep watching videos on how to be the best cold caller. Just get a few different versions of a script that works, test them all out and stick with the best one. Service delivery - if you're worrying about service delivery before even getting a client, let alone appointments then you're worrying about the wrong thing. If you let your prospects know before onboarding there will be a 5-7 day period before starting, in those 5/7 days start shitting yourself and trying to find a way to deliver your service. Trust me someone will help you on this group. Website/GHL - simply don't worry about this (unless you want to make a simple website to show prospects) because you don't need it as a beginner. So just an update over the last 23 days of SMMA I have gotten 2 clients. Both on commision based deals. Just wanted to thank Max again. I looked at smma first bout a year ago and just kept delaying it. Now i am dialed in.

I think you should learn about GHL in and out and then when you sign a client you can put up a management fee of around $350-400 so that you can buy ghl and proceed with the service delivery.

@Arsalan Shahid I tried making a dummy ad campaign for roofers with $30 budget to learn a bit and also to get know how many estimated leads i can expect from it but the thing is that campaign showed 0 estimated leads although i did set it up properly. Is this normal with new Ad accounts?
