Looking for honest feedback on a content experiment. I'm building a faceless YouTube channel of short, true Canadian military history stories (working name: Valour Untold). Every fact has 2+ sources, images are public domain / CC BY, the music is original, and the narration is an AI voice (disclosed). Two finished Shorts (~75 sec each, unlisted): 1) Tommy Prince: "He was not a farmer" https://youtube.com/shorts/F2hUFxts9OE 2) John McCrae: "The poem a magazine rejected" https://youtube.com/shorts/DsPLY3E9YCU I know the obvious upgrade is a better voice (ElevenLabs). Apart from that, what would you change to make this actually profitable? - The hook / first 2 seconds? - Shorts vs long-form (8-15 min) for this niche? - Visuals: still photos + slow zoom right now. Enough? - Titles and packaging? - Anything that might look "mass-produced" to YouTube? Brutal honesty welcome. Thank you!
