My True Win 🎖️
I joined Gamify SAT with the sole purpose to increase my rw score. A few days passed and I was one of the lucky ones to be there when John brought the 14-day offer where we get back our money, given the condition we post our progress everyday. I want to tell you that the course is nothing like other ones. It genuinely makes you do a ton of work EVERY day and it takes a lot of dedication, along with drive to complete it. But let me tell you that if you do actually complete it with one final push, results are sure to come. My score is a testament to that. I know that 20 points may not be a big hike as such. But it did two things for me. I had a mental barrier that I hadn't gone above 1500, which is gone now. And I didn't have a good English score. If only I had managed to get another 800 in math this time, it would have been PERFECT for me. Anyhow, I'm not complaining. The last dance is over. Goodbye SAT.

ROUND 2 BABY
hi chat i took october and for a lack of better words got cooked. i mean apparently its still a good enough score but now i have a huge grudge against sat and i wanna beat it. doing the december sat, in case i dont get accepted for early merit or if i end up applying elsewhere ill have it to back me up (in the case that i do get a 1500+ score) i also got gifted 100$ which i chose to use for said december sat 🥲 istg if they screw me over again im logging off.

December it is!!
Goal setting?
I plan to take my SAT one year from now, at the start of 11th grade. What is a realistic goal for that time frame?

That time frame is enough for you to study thrice and get a 1600, of course considering you have the potential. I'd advise you to give a simple practice test for diagnosis and check where you stand. Study accordingly.

@Saádhya Guimarães heyyy listen listen, it's not the end of the world if you can't get a good SAT score. I wouldn't recommend applying regular decision for all your chosen colleges. EA still gives you an advantage that a good SAT score may not give. EA shows the college your seriousness. However, if you choose to do regular decision, be sure to mention in the extra section of the essay that you were applying early decision but since you wanted to present he best profile forward, you re-attempted the SAT and got a better score. It's one of the tricks I heard from a counselor. About the score, please don't take it too hard. October was genuinely harder than any practice test and definitely harder than September SAT. It's fine if you didn't get your desired score. Be positive cause you can never be sure that your guesses are for sure wrong, they could be correct as well!

OCTOBER SAT REVIEW
Module 1 English was lowkey tougher than usual. It's usually just 3 trashy options and 1 good answer but this time it was hardddd. 2 options were confusing the fuck out of me. Still, I believe I did fine. Module 2 English was easier than usual, at least for me because grammar started from Q.14 in my form. Reading questions were less in number. I'm hoping for a good score like 740+. Maths module 1 was cake. 2-3 good questions were surely there but nothing that couldn't be solved. Maths module 2 however, it was HARDDDD. A few question types I have never seen came and it took me time, but I did solve them. The whole module in general was very tricky and full of traps. I didn't get time to review the last 8 questions, which is concerning to me. I again hope for like 770+.

One more thing I forgot to add was that throughout the 98 questions, I swear 3-4 questions were from bluebook.plus. The September forms and August forms definitely had 2 questions each repeated in the October form.
