She woke up and immediately reached for her phone. Emails. Messages. News. The scroll. Thirty minutes later she looked up and realized she hadn't even gotten out of bed yet. And she felt... heavy. Anxious. Like the world had downloaded itself into her nervous system before she even brushed her teeth. Tomorrow she did something different. Woke up. Didn't touch her phone. Just lay there. Felt the bed. Felt her body waking up. Stretched. Breathed. Then got up. Made coffee. Sat by the window. Watched the light change. Her phone was still on her nightstand. The world was still happening. But she wasn't plugged into it yet. Just fifteen minutes. That's all she gave herself. Fifteen minutes of just... being. Before becoming the person who responds to everything. And those fifteen minutes changed the whole day. Not because something magical happened. Because she started from presence instead of starting from the world's demands. She didn't check her phone until after breakfast. And when she finally did? The anxiety was there—emails, deadlines, all of it. But she wasn't drowning in it. Because she'd remembered first. Remembered who she was before the world told her who to be. Fifteen minutes. That's all it took. See you in presence.

Im returning to the program after 6 months away. Some amazing things have happened as a result of going through the previous lessons in 2025. Its important that I stay connected to the community to manage balance and flow.
