2 contributions to Kettlebell 30 Day Program
KB 30 Day Program
Let's get ready to kick off the 30 Day "Fat Loss" Kettlebell Challenge or KBC30. I'm excited you're here and part of the community. We'll definitely have a great month of training ahead. Remember to train safe!!! If you're not ready for this program right now, save it for later, as you'll be getting weekly emails with the program specifics. But ,if you are ready, here's what I'd like you to do. Commit to this program for the 30 days. Don't get distracted, just stay the course. This is exactly what I'll be doing for the next 30 days myself for the specific goal of fat loss. There is POWER, massive POWER in doing a program. If you choose to accept this challenge, then stay the course and complete the program. One kettlebell, one month, one goal. You can use a different size kettlebell, depending on the exercise or program segment. The Program is built on fundamentals. What I mean is, it's built around the swing, get up, squat, clean, press, and snatch. There are other exercises and things, as you'll see, but it's built on fundamentals. It's important you understand that as you see the week 1 template or "Basecamp." Things will change week to week, as we progress through. Now, I'm won't make any exaggerated claims about the results you'll get, but I want you to think about making "progress." Listen, "progress is progress" and this about moving closer to our goals, together. As I've mentioned, kettlebell size is VERY important. You want to challenge yourself and you may have to experiment this week with the appropriate kettlebell size. I'm also going to do a weigh in before beginning. Body fat percentage and a picture. I want to see, and measure. the results along the way. I'd encourage you to do the same. We need to monitor and track our progress. Lets talk about what nutritional changes you'll make during the next 30 days, if your goal is fat loss. This is a huge topic, I know, and you already know "you can't out-exercise a bad diet." I can offer general suggestions and give more feedback in the here, but hopefully you're honest with yourself and know what needs to be changed or eliminated.
