I have been trying to use cookiecutter it to build a project (after installing it) using the command: cookiecutter https://github.com/drivendata/cookiecutter-data-science' In both of the command prompt of windows and the terminal of the VS, both of the ways did not work!! Has anyone tried to use it?

Since I have started my Bachelor's in Data Science and AI python is a very useful tool. Please can someone help me what are the most important packages and where can I get a detailed and easy to understand description of the suggested packages.

I have installed cookiecutter using pip but whenever I am trying to make a new database it says, "cookiecutter is not recognized as an internal or external command". Please help.
