Personally I didn't do what I was looking to do which frustrated me. I realise that sometimes it's harder to detach, notice and become aware of your thoughts than other days. I will deal with this in the future by understanding sometimes my self 1 is more subtle and that's what I need to be most aware of and then as always bring yourself back to the ball. To me the weekend is just more proof that the game of awareness is never ending and muscle that needs to be trained or it will atrophy. How did you go?
