πŸ„Micro-dosing Amanitas
Hey @Jonas Rosen, let’s help out our sister get some engagement in this community. I am currently microdosing Amanita Muscaria as i have found it to be my Ancestral heritage to work with these teachers. Although i have never had a high dose of Amanita, I want to try going in soon. Has anyone else in this community tried Amanita?

I have seen some Amanita looking shrooms here in Vermont but I am not πŸ’― %sure it's Amanita. I have the field guide to Fungus πŸ„β€πŸŸ« and it's a more yellow variety

Can psychedelics help you heal from trauma?
Yes they can! They can open up your mind & help you heal from the past trauma that you thought that you would never get over when used respectfully, safely & intentionally. The healing potential of psychedelics is truly so spectacular. When many of us started to go to therapy for our problems we were told that this is the way that we will always be & that we needed to be on medication to function. But the reality is this is not the truth, this is a lie that is told to us to keep us disempowered so we subscribe to modern mental health. In my personal experience, the modern mental health system can only bring you so far, but after that it keep you in purgatory, spinning around in circles of your suffering. The medications that they prescribed often create very negative side effects & being on them long-term does damage to your body mind & spirit. They disconnect you from who you are & they keep you from understanding your full potential. I spun around in circles never getting better for years & after my first psychedelic experience, I started to see things differently & I started to understand what I was capable of. I started to understand that I create my own reality & I got to make the choice of who I wanted to be. I realize that I didn't need to be on those medications that just made me feel numb & disconnected. I realize that there were medicines in this world that had been worked with for centuries, long before modern psychiatry and pharmaceuticals were created, that were actually conducive to real healing. These medicines help you get to the true root of the problem & they help you purge these energies out of your system so they no longer controlled you. Trauma is not a permanent chemical imbalance, it is energy that stores in the body. Trauma is memories that we hold onto & refuse to let go of. Psychedelics offer you the opportunity to let go of it all & become a new person. They allow you a true opportunities to grow, heal & change yourself but only if that's what you truly desire.

I definitely credit Psychedelics for helping me heal and understand what happened to me during 6 NDEs. They helped me return to the 5th Dimension where we go when we die & drop our mortal coats. So I could map out the territory and return without dying again. It gave me a chance to do deep Soul Retrieval work and Shadow Work.
Psychedelics catapult you into healing
Psychedelics are going to be the thing that catapult you into more stability, comfort & contentment. They teach you how to cope with the stress of life in a very productive way. Instead of allowing your life to flash before you because you are trapped in a bunch of traumatic responses. I'm not saying that everybody needs to journey deep on a large amount of a psychedelic medicine, but I do believe that many people could benefit from a microdosing journey. You need to be open to the change that it bring & not set too many high expectations. The reality is that it's not realistic to be happy all the time & they are not going to make you just feel happy all the time & fix your life so nothing bad ever happens but they open your mind up & help you understand how to deal with it when it gets rough. Life ebs & flows. You're going to have good days & you're going to have bad days. You're going have good periods in your life & you're gonna have bad periods in your life, that is never going to end. It's the way you're dealing with it, coping with it & the mindset that you have that matters. It's about learning how to surrender to it & this is exactly what the medicine teaches you. Life does & it will continue to throw rocks at you from every single direction. It is a choice to remain a victim in those moments instead of learning how to regulate yourself & learning how to develop resilience. I know that for me personally, it was almost impossible for me to learn all of this before I started working with psychedelics because I was so trapped within my patterns. Patterns that I had been repeating over & over again my whole life & I thought that I would never be able to move past it. It is so hard to get out of victimhood once you are trapped in it but trust me when I say that it's possible. Once I started surrendering to the medicine my life completely changed. It helped me to break away from my old thoughts & habits & I started to create new ones that were much more involved. I started to lose interest in all of the patterns that were causing me harm & I started to be interested in new habits that actually benefited my life. From here is where my whole life change, my attitude & my beliefs changed.

Microdosing helps you integrate bigger journeys
Microdosing is one of the most effective ways to integrate your deeper psychedelic experiences. Often times when we take a big dose of psychedelic medicine, we get hit with a lot of realizations & one of the most effective ways that I have found to help integrate this is to microdose on a regular basis. When you take something like a microdose, you are tapping into the psychedelic space, you are not fully immersing yourself. When you tap into that space, it's going to help you remember things that you realized & things that you experienced on your bigger doses. You may even remember a lot of stuff that you forgot. There is a lot of different energy & information coming at you with a bigger experience & it's very easy to forget some of it. This is why I tell people to consistently work with the medicine in microdoses, because it's going to help you integrate those lessons into your life so that you can truly benefit from them.

Way back when I was in College I got ahold of an eyedrop bottle of Owsley's finest liquid LSD and I microdosed it for a couple of weeks. It was the beginning of my Spiritual Quest to find out the answer to the question of Life, the Multiverse and Everything!
