@Beau Eckstein This is a hard lesson for most founders. At first you are the engine.But if you stay the engine, the business never becomes one. The shift from doing tasks to designing systems is where real growth starts. Delegating outcomes, not instructions, is powerful. It forces clarity in expectations. Structure creates freedom.Without structure, you just create a bigger job for yourself.
