🌸 Friday Reset: You Made It — And That Matters 🌸
Happy Friday 💗 Before you rush into the weekend, I want you to pause for just a moment. This week may not have gone perfectly. You may still have things on your list. You may feel tired, stretched, or unsure. But you’re still here. You showed up. And that matters. ✨ Progress isn’t about doing everything.✨ It’s about doing what you could with what you had. So as you head into the weekend, I want you to release the pressure to “catch up” and instead give yourself permission to reset. 💭 Ask yourself: - What did I handle better this week? - Where did I choose peace over pressure? - What do I need more of this weekend — rest, fun, or quiet? You don’t need to earn rest. You don’t need to justify slowing down. You deserve it — simply because you’re human. 🤔Weekend Intention: Choose ONE thing that supports your peace and let that be enough. Drop a ❤️ in the comments if you’re choosing rest, or share one word you want your weekend to feel like. I’m proud of you — and I’m glad you’re here.

🌸 Friday Reset: Release, Reflect & Refill Your Cup
Hey ladies 💕 We made it to Friday — and I know that for many of us, that doesn’t always mean rest. Sometimes Friday just feels like the day before another full weekend of responsibilities 😅 So before you rush into the next round of “what’s next,” I want you to pause for just a moment and breathe with me. Inhale… Exhale… Now ask yourself: 💭 “What do I want to let go of before the weekend begins?” 💭 “What do I want to carry with me instead?” Here’s your Friday Reset Challenge: 1️⃣ Write down one thing you’re releasing (stress, guilt, comparison, control). 2️⃣ Write down one thing you’re keeping (peace, gratitude, focus, joy). 3️⃣ Share it below 👇 so we can celebrate with you! So let’s end the week with intention. Drop a ✨ if you’re joining me for this Friday Reset, and tell us what you’re letting go of this week. You deserve a calm, clear, and joy-filled weekend. 💚

I am an artist and decided to make this year's Christmas cards and dropped things, cut badly and got frustrated with my cricut cutting machine (haven't used for year due to hospitalization and stroke). I cant type or write well, so it builds frustration. I can't bend so there are scraps everywhere and hubby yells at what a mess I'm making. I also find it hard to type on a phone that drops out of my weak hand every 2 minutes!!!! All I can do is laugh and ask relatives and friends to forgive my sloppiest. Aye.
💬 Let’s Talk About Putting YOU First
Hey beautiful ladies 💕 Quick question — when was the last time you checked in with yourself before checking on everyone else? Most of us wake up already in “go mode” — packing lunches, answering emails, fixing problems, managing everyone’s needs but our own. And before we know it, we’ve gone the entire day without ever asking… 💭 “What do I need right now?” I used to think responding to my needs first was selfish. Until I realized that when I am tired, overwhelmed, or empty — my family feels it too. But when I’m grounded, rested, and aligned — my home feels lighter, calmer, safer. So today, I want to open up this conversation 👇 ✨ What’s one need you’ve been ignoring lately? ✨ What’s one small way you could honor it today — even if it’s just for 10 minutes? Let’s normalize women saying: “I matter too.” Drop your answer below, or just share a ❤️ if this message hit home today. Let’s lift each other up in the comments — because when one woman honors her needs, she gives others permission to do the same. 🌸

Yes, I realized that I must take care of me to be able to take care of others, I prepare beautiful food and decorate. I also make sure I look good and prepare games and fun activities, esp. for my grandkids.
