Silence....
Commit to 15 to 30 minutes of total silence today. No phone, no music, no talking. Just listen to the sound of your own breath. What was the 'loudest' thought you had during the silence?

I love silence, my grandma would sit in silence and the clock would tick, louder and louder. I used to go on holiday to the monastery ( it was nuns ) and I spent a lot of time in silence, silent contemplation. I’m amazed by the no of people who are scared of silence. I find my inspiration in silence either writing or arting, the thoughts and ideas come to me in silence. I find silence a blessing. At the moment I’m listening to the clock ticking and the rain dripping and thinking and thinking, ah this is peaceful, the world feels right. My dog is snoring on the bed beside me. Life is good.x.

Blocked?
Place your hand on your chest. Close your eyes and hum a single note for 3 breaths. Feel where the vibration stops in your body. Does it hit a wall at your throat or your heart? Share where you felt the 'wall' below.

Hi, at first it stopped at my heart, I hummed the third time for longer and it hit my solar plexus. I’ve been over protecting myself recently but had a bit of a break thru today. I love these daily exercises.x.
Self Sacrifice
One of the biggest shadow in the heart isn't hate—it’s Self-Sacrifice. If you are constantly 'healing' others but your own cup is dry, you are operating from a wounded heart-shadow. Comment 'MY TURN' to reclaim your energy for yourself today.

Oh dear I saw this the other day and didn’t reply but it must have sunk in and hit home cos I closed my Facebook group and said enough of needy people expecting things from me , so MY TURN now.x.
Healing with Words
Sometimes the mind tries to argue with healing. That’s why I use Light Language. It’s not meant to be 'translated'—it’s meant to be felt. It’s a soul-to-soul transmission that bypasses the ego. If you could speak 'Spirit' instead of English today, what would your first word be?

@Christopher Mccombs I can speak in tongues, I encountered this in my late teens, early twenties in the Pentecostal church. I must admit I wasn’t very interested in it, seemed to have no purpose. Might have been the religion and the people doing it. I’m interested in the psychological side of it. I’ll take a look at the course, learn a bit more. Thanks.x.

@Christopher Mccombs it wasn’t the religious beliefs, it was the hypocrisy of the people doing it, they professed to be full of the Holy Spirit and going to Heaven but every one of their actions said differently, they were judgmental, bad speaking, bad living, didnt seem much like Jesus. I was brought up Catholic so I have deep rooted religious beliefs, I went to convent school and I still love Mass, I love the mystical side of Catholocism and I believe in unconditional love, all religions are the same basically. I have Jesus, Lord Shiva and Buddha on my altar together. I studied Theology at university and kept studying, occult, mysticism, new age, everything all my life, I find it fascinating, I absorb courses, I’ll look into anything and I have lol.x.
The Throat
The throat isn't just for talking—it’s the 'bottleneck' of the soul. Every time you said 'I’m fine' when you weren't, you added density to this portal. Today, find a private space and make a sound—any sound—that represents how you actually feel. Was it a growl, a sigh, or a hum?"

I love using sound, I hum, it’s great, I also keen, it’s wailing in despair. I don’t think we make enough emotional sounds, other cultures do, I’m Scottish and British people are quite reserved, they don’t really express a great deal of emotion, very unhealthy.x.
