I'm excited to finally hit 500 subscribers! I have barely posted any videos since December because I've been so busy with my coaching business. So this is a huge milestone because I haven't been consistent or made YouTube a priority in weeks. I'm excited to really double down on this growth strategy and my journey to monetization for the month of February. I'm planning a 30-day Camera Confidence Challenge where I will post a video every single day with some tips, reflections, encouragement, advice, or anything that can help other YouTubers show up with confidence and be consistent. I would LOVE to know below - are there any topics that would be helpful for you? Anything you want me to create a video on? For example - I just bulk added some very specific calls to action with links on ALL of my videos, including my free training, links to courses and my booking link. I didn't know how and when I searched on YouTube I landed on a guy's video where he said I have to use a paid version of TubeBuddy- and he had an affiliate link. I did a bit more research and guess what, no you don't! It's easy. So that right there is a short video I can make. I know Alexa talks about this in some of her videos too - about making it easier for people who want to work with you to find out how. So that's something I'm really leaning into. Let’s share some of our favorite books that have fed into your success!

Well I finally hit 1000 subscribers! I have had my channel for a few years but I only really started posted consistently in the past 6 months. I am still hovering around 2500 watch hours but that is increasing by around 115 hours a week so I expect to hit 4000 watch hours in about 3 months or so and get monetised. Maybe I'll go from 1 video a week to 2 or 3 to try and speed up that process!! I just wanted to share to inspire others and keep the motivation going!
