The hidden Metabolic Problem many People Miss
Most people think they have a weight problem… But many actually have a metabolic health problem. Lose weight and get healthy. I'm sure I am in the metabolic unhealthy category. Since listening to you Mama Paulina about this I has been working on myself. My waist was 43 now it is 38 1/2 I am down 35 lbs. A long way to go but Praise God going in the right direction.
