You know, I just realized something really powerful. When youāve got a new project in lifeāwhether itās music or something elseāit takes a lot of sacrifices and compromises. All because you want to succeed and stay laser-focused on what youāre doing, with no distractions. Let me break it down from my perspective. See, I used to make time every month to hit a restaurant with my best friend or go out to some party. But ever since I started getting into beatmaking, I just donāt have the time. Iām so locked into my grind, working to get better and become more than I am now, that Iāve found myself turning down every invitation. Some people might think Iām distancing myself or that Iāve got beef with them, but honestly, Iām just focused on growing. Now, with Christmas and New Yearās coming up, I donāt even know if Iāll be able to celebrate like I used to. Between saving up for new gear and planning my trip to Atlanta in February (by the way, if anyone here is from Atlanta, itād be dope to link up in real life), my mindās been on something completely different.
