I have noticed that 4 requests have been sent out on a few of my customers and they are all around noon time and the customer hasn't left a review. Can I change the time that a few of them are sent out?

I’m not seeing my reviews post on fb/IG anymore. It says they are connected. Am I doing something wrong? @Clay Lawrence

I just had an unexpected 1 star review posted to my GMB profile from a request that Review Harvest sent out. I was under the impression that this platform would give us the opportunity to reach out to dissatisfied customers before those types of reviews were posted on GMB. Is that not the case?

Good morning Clay, I was playing around with the review postings and my son said that the post are coming through, but I have no reviews on them. Just curious what I’m doing wrong.
