@Kay Wilson We all do it! We need to stop apologizing for things that we didn't do and stop looking to other people for their permission for us to live our lives!

@Aslam Khatri Absolutely!
If Not Me WHO- If Not Now When.
🌟 Daily Reminder: If Not Me, Who? If Not Now, When? 🌟 “Ask yourself: If not me, who? And if not now, when?” This line is something I just can’t forget. In its simple words, it captures why it’s so crucial to step up and do what needs to be done—and more importantly, to act NOW, not later. Procrastination steals opportunities; action creates them. Let’s make today the day we start! What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that you’re ready to tackle right now? Share in the comments—let’s hold each other accountable and turn those “somedays” into “todays.” 💥

What is your dream job? 😣 What is your pain point when it comes to your job? 🦸‍♀️ If you could wish for any ability, what would it be? 🌃 What’s something most people don’t know about you?

Show Prep Conversation Starter
If you see us talking about "show prep" in here it's what we broadcasters do to get ready for our shows to make it look effortless... however, it's a skill we have adapted over time and through MANY... MANY errors... Show prep isn't just for broadcasters... it for anytime you jump on a video call, do a presentation, teach a class, or simply do a social media post. Even with the best intentions, years of expertise, and psyching yourself out, there will be speed bumps along the way. You want to connect with your audience, but sometimes in a training class, live chat, it is like you have suddenly switched lives with your 7th-grade English teacher, who was asking for volunteers to read the prologue to the Canterbury Tales... and you hear Old English Crickets and have to think fast on your feet. BTW, did you know there isn't a clear "Old English" word for cricket--- but the English word cricket comes from Middle English criket/creket (see that's thinking fast on your feet) Here are a few engagement tidbits I've pulled from my recent Show Prep... 🚀 Buzz Starter Question - “If you could trade lives with one celebrity for 24 hours only, who are you picking and what’s the first thing you’re doing?” 🧠 FUN FACTS OF THE DAY - “Your office chair travels about 7 miles a year.” - “Koalas sleep 22 hours a day — they’re basically teenagers with claws.” 🗣️ 3. RELATABLE TOPIC STARTERS Quick audience-engagement prompts. - “What’s a food you pretend to like because your family does?” - “What’s one workplace rule that makes absolutely zero sense?” - “What’s your most harmless form of rebellion at work?” Always be armed with topics, ready to redirect, and never be afraid to laugh at yourself
