Today’s session reminded us that feeling stuck is often a symptom of overload, not inability. Many of us are carrying mental clutter — unfinished decisions, competing priorities, repeated thoughts, and the weight of expectations that were never meant for us to carry. Mental clutter creates silent stress. Even when the body rests, the mind continues working, replaying conversations, analyzing outcomes, and trying to manage too many directions at once. This constant internal noise blocks clarity and makes simple decisions feel heavy. We explored the story of Martha and Mary and learned that the issue was not effort — it was distraction. Too many things were competing for attention. Clarity is not created by doing more. Clarity is created by removing what does not belong. When the mind becomes crowded, focus weakens. When focus weakens, confidence feels distant. But when we intentionally release what is unnecessary, mental space opens — and clarity naturally returns. Order creates peace. Peace creates clarity.
