Is it appropriate to send more than one subcontractor to the same site visit?

Good morning. Is anyone available to assist me at submitting a bid?

When bidding on government contracts for leasing offices such as career centers or recruitment centers. When signing the lease does the government pay you for the first month, last month and the security deposit in time for when the lease is being signed or does your company pay that up front and then get reimbursed by the government?
