Hair Color vs. Hair Color
Great Day!!! I share with my students how I use to lighten my hair with peroxide from Walmart and color it with a pack of kool-aid in my shampoo. This was well before my time, lol. Needless to say, I respect the theory of color more than the Hands-on now. It's good to understand color theory along with the chemistry of hair. Need help, I got you!

@Sierra Mays yes! It was a trend in the 90's.
Self-awareness
Great Day! We are in an industry where self-awareness is key when working with guest. If you the stylist is not well enough to care for others but push through because a bill needs to be paid. When does Self-awareness kick in to say, "I'm not well, I don't want to get my guest sick." The golden rule is, " Treat people the way you want to be treated. " In this winter season, let's be mindful.
Which one is your favorite look.
It's not easy teaching individuals something they've never done before. I make sure they record their work for future records. I'm recording because this is a product of what understanding the foundation of a service and executing it as they see fit from what they were taught. DM me for 1 on 1 classes. #Education #Cosmetology #Rollerset #Instructor
