Daily Accountability 6/30/26 What you did good today? I walked 3 miles. Today I also began preparing for a trip that is happening in two days. What you can do better? Stop making excuses. What did you learn today? I learned to stop overthinking. Alot of times those thoughts are only in your own head.

7/1/26 What did you do good today? I began my day with a four mile walk and took care of necessary appointments before my travels. What can you do better? Continue my quest of being consistent and showing up for myself. What did you learn today? That it's ok to allow new feelings of joy and excitement into my life.
