Wow that's a great questions. I tend to do both but get frustrated in my flesh more on what they have done after I told them number of time not to do something. I realized they need more teaching.

@Ashley Lunnon I keep repeating to them the same thing over and over when I tell them to do something like after they eat breakfast or dinner is to always clean up their area, put up their plate and cup and push the chair in. Sometimes it's frustrating to me that they get through playing around and forget what I said
