I even taught tools I believed in. But my body kept escalating the conversation until it landed me in the hospital with a life-threatening gastric bleed. That moment made something clear. My body wasn’t failing. It was communicating. What I couldn’t unsee after that was how few spaces actually teach people how to listen. Even in wellness, the focus is usually on control, coping, or fixing symptoms instead of understanding what the body is asking for. So I built a community around that missing piece.
