I’m on week 2 of 5mg, still have bad side effects, would it be a good idea to decrease to a dose between 2.5 mg and 5 mg? How would I calculate a dose of 3.5 mg? I’m using the 20mg vial dosing form on this site. Thanks for any help

I did 4 mg this week and I wasn’t sick but didn’t lose any more weight so far.

Questions about glp1/glp2
Looking for a GLP1/GLP2 that will help w weight lose and perimenopause symptoms, I’m also on estrogen and progesterone therapy. Thanks for any help.
