Ladies I just want to say how awesome you are! 🥰 We are so strong right now! Posting your creations, asking questions and learning! I am honestly so so happy I made this community. We are now 135 members strong. And ranking 667 in the money niche ( which if you don’t know is b*+&y amazing) Let’s keep moving forward with out businesses. How is everyone doing? Well my first week back and we had snow! ⛄️ This was my view from the car on Monday. Then Luke got poorly again! 🤦‍♀️ even he said why do I keep getting ill. I have been trying to get on here and do posts and keep up with messages etc. I have also tried to list my drafts on Etsy everyday but between ring school and getting calls off my boss I have lost track of where I am up to to be honest. And I have not managed to make anything new. 🤦‍♀️ but hey jobwe still have the weekend right.

As you may or may not know, engagement is extremely important on Skool 🌱 For our community to grow, I need to be active in other communities and consistently show up and engage. That little 🔥 next to my name shows I’ve been active every single day for at least 30 days — and you can all see where you show up too by checking your profile 👀✨ Each Skool community also has to choose a category. For example, health or hobbies. We’re in the money category 💸 — and honestly, that means we have to work extra hard to get noticed. In hobby-based communities, competition for the discovery page is much lower. But in the money category… it’s tough 😅 When I started this community, we were around #3600. Through consistent activity and engagement, we climbed to about #1066 before Christmas… and now (drum roll please 🥁🥁🥁) we are #894 😱🎉 That is HUGE. However, with most of us heading back to work this week, I can already see how easy it would be for that number to slip again 📉 One thing I’ve noticed is that we’re not always liking each other’s posts — and likes really matter ❤️ They take seconds, cost nothing, boost confidence, and help everyone level up on the leaderboard. 👉 Please keep liking each other’s posts — every like truly counts. So… I’m thinking we could run a little monthly engagement competition to make this fun and motivating 🎯✨ I’m just not quite sure what the prize should be yet 🤔 Any ideas? Or would you be up for this?
