(👀 🎧 read or listen) The Future Entrepreneur builds a business as the expression of their purpose. They cultivate coherence of mind, heart, and body. They align their thinking, feeling, and doing. They know their marketing is a transmission of their truth. They know their sales allow them to serve. They know their offers are invitations to transformation. They are more communal and relational, less isolated and transactional. They know the journey is better with others; you can only go so far alone. They seek to know who they are, so they can build from who they're meant to be. They know that their purpose leads to prosperity, and that prosperity leads to profitability. P.S. I'm thinking about shifting my branding, marketing, and messaging to be for the "Future Entrepreneur." I'm curious to know what you think about this description of the Future Entrepreneur. Does it resonate? Calling people in as the "Future Entrepreneur" is to give words to the "identity" of the people I believe we may be looking to gather with us here in this community. Intentional words are the "spell" that when spelled in just the right way... The right people come forward. The "aligned" people find you. They find us, our community. It's also what I refer to as the energetics of marketing. My simple definition of energetics is the energy that comes from our emotions, thoughts, and actions. A good message has all three. It has the "feeling" (heart) not just the logic (mind), and then there's also just taking action and broadcasting the message (body).

Shadows & Gifts. We all have them. They are the same pattern. Mine is purpose, meaning, ideals. How can that be? How can those be shadows? Well, I'll tell you... I can get lost in purpose, meaning, and ideals... I can fixate on them... these things can become way too heavy... But because I have spent a lot of time "fixating" on these areas, more time "thinking", "feeling" and "being" in these areas than most others... they become Gifts. It's often how you have been "lost" that you are able to help people "find" for themselves in the same way. Alternate words for Shadows and Gifts Let's be a bit more practical. I know we're all entrepreneurs here... Shadows = Problems Gifts = Solutions Let's dive into some additional nuance here... Your familiarity with your shadows and problems, give you the authority to help similar people to you with their emerging gifts and solutions. In other words... "You are most powerfully positioned to serve the person you used to be." or... "Your ideal client is ideally a previous version of yourself." or "You can only meet someone as deeply as you've met yourself." It's all the same understanding, just in different language... it's just different words. "MY" problems and shadows become "OUR" gifts and solutions. That's real transformation. That's real transmission. Not just for me, for all of us. This is true for you too. Your problems and shadows become solutions and gifts for yourself first, then you can share those solutions and gifts for your people, your audience, your community. Now let me bring this all together for your benefit. I've been creating a simple framework that expresses my philosophy, because if I can intentionally and clearly broadcast what I believe then the right "aligned" people can find us. I thought it was the 4 B's of Business to BEINGness: The full expression of your entrepreneur purpose. But this morning it came to me.. there are 5 B's BELIEVE is first. BELIEVE is the the 5th and final B.
