Hello!
Hello I'm Kaitlyn! Okay I guess I'll say a bit about me Im very passionate about stuff I love such as fandoms and sometimes people probably think I'm a little crazy lol when I like something I want merch to Draw it to rewatch it to talk about it to make edits of it and I get so emotionally attached to the characters! Some fandoms I'm in these are just a few! -Bad batch -star wars (huge star wars fan) -my hero academia -the Chosen -little woman -Enola Holmes -warrior cats -Demon slayer (And so much more!) I also LOVE the sport figure skating! My hobbies are reading, writing, crocheting, Drawing, art, cooking, editing, piano and Watching Tv-show/anime Fun fact about me: I'm very nostalgic so I love rewatching my childhood shows Jesus first always! ✝️✨💜🙏 Anyway that's a little bit about me!

What are some of your childhood shows?
A Question and a Suggestion
When I joined this club I thought it was about writing stories that are about other stories or movies or shows. Was I wrong? If I was wrong, couldn't be? I know that there is such a thing as writing fandom about your favorite stories and characters, like Batman, Star wars, Lord of the rings, and any other TV movie books kind of thing. My suggestion is to have sections in classroom that are devoted to individual topics that we can post on or request. I've seen the links that you have in classroom so I imagine it would be someone like that. I think this would generate more interest and membership especially if you put something about that on the about page. Thoughts anyone?

Hey! 💕 So glad you’re here and thank you for asking this — it’s such a good question and I want to make sure you feel at home here. Beyond the Scene is a space for people who love fandoms and never really move on when a story ends. Think less writing fan fiction and more — obsessively analyzing, discussing, theorizing, and rewatching the stories and ships we love together. Scene breakdowns. Hot takes. Theory threads. Group watch parties. The “wait did anyone else notice this?” moments. So if you’re someone who has a lot of feelings about Batman, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, or any other fandom — you absolutely belong here. We’re not limited to one story. Right now our anchor fandom is The Summer I Turned Pretty and Belly and Jeremiah, but this space grows based on what our members are obsessed with. That’s actually why we have a poll up right now asking which fandom we should break down next! And I love your suggestion about sections in the classroom devoted to individual topics. That’s actually exactly what’s coming. As you engage and level up in the community, you unlock new classrooms — scene breakdowns, reaction videos, character deep dives, and more. Each level unlocks something new. So stick around. Your voice is already making this community better. 🙌

@Zane Dowling yes totally
Which Fandom Should We Break Down Next?
Okay, so I made a top five ships video. And now I want to know which one you want me to go deep on first. Here's the poll. Vote for whoever's taking up space in your brain. Pick one. I'm going in-depth on whichever wins. Scene breakdowns, theory threads, the whole thing. (And if you haven't seen my top five ships video yet, go watch it. You'll see why these made the cut.) Vote below and let me know why in the comments if you want. Why does your pick deserve the deep dive treatment?

What Fandom Lives Rent Free in Your Head?
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. This is a space for fandom lovers on the journey to finding their people and never having to feel alone in their obsessions again. So I want to know: what fandom won't leave you alone? Is it something you rewatch every summer? A ship you think about at random moments? A character arc that changed how you see relationships? A show that ended five years ago and you're still not over it? Tell us what fandom lives rent-free in your head right now. What do you ship? What character destroys you? What moment do you still think about? I'll go first: I'm currently not okay about Belly and Jeremiah from The Summer I Turned Pretty. Drop your answer below. This is how we find our people.
I just wanted to tell you
Being in a fandom that people mock or dismiss is exhausting. You love something deeply and somebody always has something to say about it. They tell you it’s just a show. Just a book. Just a character. Like your feelings about it aren’t real. But the fact that you feel this much means you’re paying attention in a way most people aren’t. That’s not cringe. That’s a gift. You belong here. 👉🏾
