To be intentional takes a toll in a world built for comfort. When I was on my journey to become healthier, I had to tell my friends no so many times. No to drinking. No to eating & buying processed foods. No to parties and numbing behavior. There’s nothing wrong with that stuff but for someone who wanted to be healthier and turn my life around, I had to say no.
