Chakra Healing Meditation
Here is your Root Chakra Healing Meditation ❤️ (I also added it to the Classroom in Chakra Series) I sent soooo much healing energy during the making of this healing video that I had to salt my hands 3 times lol. It's a potent one! Be sure to drink a lot of water, and you may want to do it in the evening as you will likely get tired. 😌

@Lea Cesani absolutely and I wouldn't have noticed that I give more attention to my left side than I do to my right with simple things as well. Like putting lotion on, or scrubbing my feet or even massaging/rubbing them. More time is spent on the left than the right.

@Lea Cesani great idea! So I did the healing journey again. And I saw that my masculine energy never got to fully evolve. My right foot chakra is now sprouting a flower 🌹
